The increase of automation

According to an Accenture report, artificial intelligence could increase business profitability in 16 sectors by 2035. Artificial intelligence is the logical extension of the computer tool.

Artificial intelligence 

Artificial intelligence can be a source of production innovation. Large and medium-sized companies, as well as start-ups, feel particularly concerned by this new technology. They enable them to simplify complex and repetitive tasks, improve process efficiency and reduce costs, offer tools for new services and exploit data from big data.

For example, if you use GPT chat in a business, you can integrate it into a chatbot or instant messaging system. You can also develop custom applications that use Chat GPT to automate certain tasks. Once ChatGPT is trained, it can be used to write job postings, analyze CVs, respond to candidates and create profile sheets. ChatGPT can be used to develop chatbots for customer service by providing customized automatic responses to customers.

The machine learning 

For a number of years, companies have taken a serious look at machine learning. Machine Learning is a set of techniques for automating diagnosis and decision-making. Companies can use machine learning to automate their processes and improve the response speed of their applications.  

It allows you to set spam aside and manage fraudulent emails that can undermine the security of the organization’s computer network.

The robots 

Robots can perform a multitude of tasks to help operators in their work and relieve them of the most difficult missions. They can perform parts assembly, sorting, welding or tasks that require a lot of force. Thus, they reduce the risk of errors and accidents at work. For example, Tesla imagined Optimus, which aims to replace humans for difficult tasks. 

These machines will hardly be able to replace the «soft skills» specific to the human being, such as creativity, emotion, adaptability, negotiation or agility. However, at the moment they are not in a position to conduct their own reflections. Emerging innovations work in perfect harmony and autonomy between the robot and the human.

To conclude, automation and enterprise robotics are not so far away and are becoming more and more widespread in our trade. Robotics has brought to life cobotics, a concept that consists in building a collaborative relationship between an intelligent robot and humans.
